I finally bought this coat after looking at it for a year. It is a very nice fabric. Doesn't feel like your usual waterproof rain jacket. Love that it is stylish enough to wear to work and on the weekends. Nice features like the big pockets and placket that covers the zipper. It's nice and long like a trench coat. I wish it rained more in Denver! I would definitely recommend this jacket.
